When training with FITE Fit you will learn practical self-defense techniques to protect yourself and your family. You will first be introduced to basic self-defense “mindset” emphasizing avoidance and situational awareness. Then you will learn hands-on techniques to neutralize and disable attackers using leverage and surprise as your best weapons. The techniques you will learn are based on the principles of a martial art called jiu-jitsu which is designed to empower the smaller, weaker person to be able to defend themselves against bigger and stronger attackers.
