Yoga is a practice for healing, whether you are recovering from an injury, managing emotional or physical pain or wanting to get in tune with your body. In this workshop we will work through personal barriers with the application of yoga in a non-clinical setting. Practice breath linked to movement, gentle yet deep poses and flow guided through the lens of an occupational therapist who will assist you in your poses. The poses will focus on alignment, adaptations, and adjustments to expand and/or open your body and mind in the practice of yoga. We will finish with rest and the extended healing power of Reiki.
