Our WEST location is in an antique barn, full of charm, history, and good vibes. Let us paint a picture for you: 18 foot ceilings, awesome heat, rocking sound and best of all … this is a room with a view! Sacred space to do the work that heals inside and out.

Our West Hartford studio has now moved to our new Avon location at Riverdale Farm. The online schedule still says West Hartford (we are waiting for MindBody to update their system) but rest assure: the classes are being held at The Yoga Shop WEST (Avon location).
