This retreat is the compass to your healing. It will guide you from surviving to living. Created with the most recent information and resources available, and my own continued education and
experiences, we will uncover the ways our emotional and physical body responds to grief, identify old wounds that resurface, untangle pain and suffering, and what happens when trauma overshadows our grief. Not all
losses are the same, our emotions can feel conflicting. Wherever you are on your path, this day is for you. All losses are invited (pets, relationships, death, divorce, jobs, lifestyles).
This workshop is for all bodies and abilities–including counselors, coaches, therapists, and those who may not be experiencing grief but want to gain a better understanding. Included is a gift bag of supportive tools to take with you for every day that follows.
