The Yoga Shop invites in Dr. Wiss, PhD, MS, RDN, a dietitian and advocate for change in nutrition and behavioral health including Nutrition in Recovery, Cellf Juices founder Jazlynda Navarro, and YOU.Dr. Wiss will provide psychoeducation related to his areas of expertise in a safe, inclusive and non-judgmental environment.
Dr. Wiss discusses Nutrition for well-being following 6-7PM TYS Yoga practice led by Allison Gomes. We will incorporate targeted asanas, meditation, flow and gut health in support of mental and emotional health in daily eating habits.
