Reiki Infused Happy Hour with Jaimie

Happy Hour meets Reiki! We will begin with an energetic Happy Hour vinyasa flow and intentionally shift into a candlelit power down guided Holy Fire® Reiki¹ Meditation. This workshop takes place during the last full moon of the winter, allowing our mind, body, and spirit to release old energy under the amplification of the full moon. Journal, crystal, and smudge stick provided. A light blanket or warm sweater is encouraged for meditation.
