Kids Yoga Summer Camp with Jessica (half day)

Warrior Kids Camp is all about creating energy, mindfulness and fun- all in one! We offer a supportive environment where kids can learn trust, respect and love themselves as well as the ones around them. They will learn relaxation strategies to help find their inner calm through stillness and mindfulness. Recommended for ages 5-12.
