Sunday at 4:30pm we kick off this service-based LivFree for All in Ludlow. A portion from each class is donated to a cause. This month: NEDA (National Eating Disorder Association). NEDA reaches millions of people each year with vital resources for eating disorder treatment. Join in studio or on LivStream (zoom). Regular class card.
