Have you been wanting to spice up your practice? Then this is the workshop for you! We’ll practice a few, new fun arm balances and go over the correct technique and form to execute them. Then we’ll shift our focus to dropbacks into wheel as well as popping back up from wheel. And if we have time to really amp it up, we’ll work on kickovers from your forearms or hands. This workshop is open to all levels, so whether or not you have your headstand or scissors down, we can go over that, too, and ways to amplify from there for seasoned yogis. No better way to kick off the new year than by learning some party tricks and dropping it like it’s hot!
