New to Barre or want to raise it? Let us show you how to be “basic” and get the most of your movements at the barre. When you come to a LivFree® Barre Class, you’ll be moving your body through a full range of movements and isometric holds. We will help you get the most of our experience to understand all the elements of barre from how to set up, hold poses and use props. We’ll cover: Benefits of Barre, At the Barre – How to use the bars in studio, Barre lingo -Relevé, tucks,
pointing and pulsing, Serving at the barre – barre ball and bands. Limited to 12 attendees.
