LivFree® Warrior Kids environment providing a unique, safe and fun way for children to learn about living a yogic lifestyle. This series will provide them with the tools to help them build confidence, reduce anxiety and promote calmness as they navigate through their young lives. The classes will focus on trust, respect and relaxation strategies using yoga to help them find their inner calm through stillness and mindfulness. The kids will learn basic yoga postures and sequences, play fun yoga games, and create art where yoga is not just the theme, but the motivating factor. Ages 6-12. Led by Kelly.
