May is recognized nationally as Mental Health Awareness month. To honor this sentiment, Jeff and Shannon will be leading bi-weekly meditation sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In this series, you will have an opportunity to begin, reconnect with, or deepen your meditation practice. You will learn how to create a calm mental space that you can access during times of stress or disruption to improve your mood, respond more skillfully, or bring awareness to what is already going well.
We are here to hold space for you. We love and support all beings in our community. Please join us for free and give yourself the gift of presence. Optional donations will be accepted for distribution to The Village Urgent Crisis Center.
