Are you looking to move and increase mobility? These workshops are for anyone, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, an athlete or if you are recovering from injury or surgery. Dr Alex will help us learn to better move our shoulders and/or hips to help amp up our practice! And after that we will “test out” what we learned in a 30-minute practice led by Liz.
Saturday January 22: Focus on shoulders.
Saturday February 12: Focus on hips.
