Julie Liefeld, PhD, RYT-500 will lead this intensive workshop designed to develop an understanding of how long deep holds can develop the resilience of your connective tissue, fine tune your focus and attention, as well as building a foundation that promotes whole body wellness, stress management, better sleep and increased self-awareness.
