- We’ll break down poses like crow, side crow, scissor, and more. If you’re new to flying or want to review alignment, this is a great option.
Jan 31 | SESSION 2: Amp it up!
- Building on the arm balances from session one we add some extra spice with grasshopper, eight angle pose, flying pigeon and more.
Feb 7 | SESSION 3: Deep Dive
- We’ll meet you where you are with your practice and breakdown headstand, forearm stand, handstand, and funky pinchas.
$35/ session or $90/all (bundle must be purchased before session 1)
