Body Loyalty: A Women’s Mini Retreat

A day dedicated to women. We as women spend so much of our time focused on others. When it comes to ourselves so much emphasis is on the outside. This mini retreat is designed to spend some intimate time with ourselves, with focus on the inside, which then gets reflected on the outside. Sessions include, Yoga, creative journaling, discussion on women’s health, all led by experts in their fields. Our Presenters: Erica Lambert, Urologist, Dr. Julie Liefeld, Psychologist and Annie Q.
