Through guided exercises, discussions, and actionable takeaways you’ll build the foundation for lasting positive change in your life.

Focusing on the 7 pillars of mental health–joy, exercise, nutrition, sleep, socialization, quiet time, and nature therapy–attendees will learn how to create a balanced and sustainable routine.

Teacher Aisha, will lead attendees through a guided meditation and light yoga flow.
