Led by Jessica and Ashley
This 6-week series led by Jessica and Ashley, combines physical technique with philosophical insight to move your practice beyond the asana. Each week we will breakdown poses centered on a theme in a workshop-style format with detailed instruction, space for questions, and room to explore. Then we will link the asana with related breathwork, yoga philosophy, as well as a targeted cool down and restorative poses.
- Week 1: Stand in Your Power Build strength and stability with closed-hip standing poses while learning to root in intention over outcome.
- Week 2: Are You Twisting or Turning? Tap into the power of twists—detoxifying, strengthening, and aligning the body while fueling inner transformation.
- Week 3: Root to Rise Ground deeply to expand into balance, binds, and advanced transitions while embracing your own unique journey.
- Week 4: What Would Happen if You Let Go? Open the heart with backbends that teach surrender, courage, and the freedom of releasing what no longer serves.
- Week 5: The Reframe. Shift perspective with inversions and arm balances, turning limits into invitations to grow with compassion and courage.
- Week 6: When It All Comes Together Transition from what was to what is—revisiting key principles, refining alignment, and reflecting on your journey.
