AcroYoga Fundamentals with Brian

Brian will demonstrate techniques for bases, flyers, and spotters that will keep the flying safe, supported, and fun.
Together we will tough upon all the disciplines that combine AcroYoga offers, combining Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Message. This workshop provides a safe enviroment to explore trust, connection, and playfulness all in the spirit of coming together.
No pervious AcroYoga experiance is required, students are quested to have familiarity with yoga. You are welcome to come as a single or with a partner.
