Join Us at The Yoga Shop of Salem as Meghin brings you a Warrior Kids Series!
All the benefits of power yoga that you enjoy are also available to your children! Warrior Kids will develop mindfulness, strength, flexibility and coordination. They will learn interpersonal skills like working together & sharing space while also exploring the art of stillness and mindfulness. No prior yoga experience necessary!
Ages 5-12
4 Week Series $40
Tuesdays @ 4:30 starting May 21st – June 11th
