Sunday Discovery Series

Join this three-part series on elevating and discovering more in your practice led by Kim Brenneisen
- Session 1: mobility + intro to arm balances. We’ll break down poses like crow, side crow, scissors and more. If you’re new to flying or want to review alignment, this is a great option. And then we will have some fun with a variety of mobility drills sprinkled in.
- Session 2: intermediate + advanced arm balances. We’ll review our basic arm balances and level up with grasshopper, eight-angle pose, flying pigeon and more.
- Session 3: all things upside down. We’ll break down headstand and forearm stand and move through handstand drills.
Come to one, two or all three sessions and discover more in your practice. Every session offers something new to build on whether you’re new to arm balances or a pro.
