Summer Camp Warrior Kids

Join Anna at The Yoga Shop Ludlow, as she leads children in stretching & strengthening, flow from traditional sequences to fun partner poses & finish with relaxation, games & creative imagery. Warrior Kids camp is athletic, high energy, and FUN. All classes will incorporate elements of art, music, and movement into various games, activities and traditional yoga poses. Children will develop strength, flexibility and coordination. They will learn interpersonal skills like working together and sharing space while also exploring the art of stillness and mindfulness.

Kids are our heart & soul yet they need space and time to play and be free. Out Warrior Kids camp will foster the natural desire to love, laugh and play. Kids will be challenged to build strength and grace will be inspired to explore fun, wild and freedom on their mat, with or without their tribe!
