Join us at The Yoga Shop Old Saybrook on June 14th 7-9pm, Annie Q. leads a two hour class with a combination LivFree® for All & a juicy Gong Bath Savasana served up by The Conduit. The Conduit is a group of sonic guides are offering a “sound bath and inward voyage.” The gongs send gentle vibrations through your body massaging you at a cellular level. The sound of the gong itself can create the possibilities for deep automatic meditation and relaxation. Singing gongs in this respect becomes very therapeutic, proving an environment for self-healing.
