In the dark half of the year, we reflect on what came before. What plans did we lay in spring? What is our harvest now? What came before us and shaped those paths? There was loss and sacrifice, and also joy and gratitude. At The Yoga Shop, we believe movement is medicine.

Join us for 90 minutes of motion and meditation as we face the darkness with awareness, curiosity, and celebration of all that has come and gone before us. Welcoming: 5:00 – 5:30. Come early, if you’d like, to welcome our Dearly Departed. An opportunity to name those we’ve lost, share stories, and create space for them.
