Meditation in Motion (Old Saybrook)

Have you always thought about “getting into” meditation, but don’t know where to start? In this workshop we will learn and practice seated meditation (we’ll cover all the basics from how to sit, what to do with your hands and different techniques to quiet the mind) and then incorporate it in a juicy LivFree® for All flow. Meditation is proven to reduce stress, improve concentration, increases self-awareness and happiness, and it will help you to get into that Zen state in your yoga practice. No meditation experience needed!
