30 days of Introspective and External Self Care
November is historically a month of gratitude. It feels fitting to spend 30 days of taking especially good care of ourselves. We will be setting goals and making a commitment to our health and well being. Daily journal prompts will support and direct us as we turn the focus inward. Most importantly we won’t be doing this work alone. Monday night love chats will be a time for us to come together to relate, support and share. You do not have to do all that is offered, but you will be encouraged to give yourself 30 days of extra love.
- 30 Days of Unlimited Yoga (In studio, Livestream or On Demand).
- Access to 3 Weekly Strength Training Sessions with Kara from Primal FIT (Livestream, Monday 7am, Wednesday 6pm, Friday 11am).
- 2 Self Care Sessions, booked in November at Spa Point in Glastonbury (choice of a 20 minute chair massage or pedicure).
- Daily E-mail, Question of the Day and Journal Prompt.
- Weekly online Meeting to share and connect led by Annie Q (Monday at 7pm).
