FARM TO TABLE YOGA with ANNIE Q

Join Annie Q for a LivFree^®️ Love Fest donation class, held on the beautiful grounds of Auer Farm in Bloomfield. The Conduit will be joining in on the fun, making this outdoor yoga class something to remember. Following our yoga class we will all enjoy a delicious meal prepared by Healing Meals and spend some time together outside the studio walls. 100% of the money raised will go to Healing Meals, a non profit organization that provides healthy organic meals to people who are dealing with illness. Healing Meals not only feeds the person who is sick, but they provide food for the whole family. To top it off, the meals are all created by volunteers both adult and teens. There is so much good going on, and The Yoga Shop is honored to be a part of it. Please join us in all this goodness.
