Let your baby be your yoga partner! Anna will lead you Nov 17th 2-3:30pm at The Yoga Shop of West Hartford.
Connect with your little one through yoga, song and play. This class will focus on both baby and caregiver. You’ll leave with new songs and activities to use at home that will entertain and sooth your little one.
Anna will also lead you through a yoga practice that incorporates baby and will leave you feeling stronger and refreshed.
