Warrior Kids Yoga is returning to Ludlow! 🤸♂️ Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30pm with Lauren, running along side LivFree for All.
Age is just a number… Not every child is at the same place. We ask children outside of the suggested age range of 7-10 are able to participate individually, take direction, focus for 45 uninterrupted minutes and use the restroom on their own.
