Your Body Your Practice

$25Join Charlotte for an afternoon where we will flow through asana and conversation. How does each pose feel in our body? How can we use support from blocks, straps, and each other to embrace our practice in a new way? We’ll flow through a full class; stopping along the way to dive deep into each pose. With ever movement, we’ll endeavor to feel more connected to our practice and kinder to ourselves. Yoga is for EVERYbody, no matter where you are in your journey.
