Mirror meditation is the challenging practice of meeting yourself where you are, without flinching or looking away. As uncomfortable as that might sound, the more time you spend with your mirror self, the more of an ally they become. Dive into process work, gain insight into what your need and what holds you back, and use movement practice to ground your body, mind, and soul.
Yoga in the Mirror gives you the chance to learn, to reflect, to move, to breath, and to be with yourself. Bring a journal and pen, your mat, a handheld mirror, a bolster or pillow to sit on, and of course yourself. This workshop includes a short lecture, a reflective journaling exercise, a self be-with, a foundations class with tandem meditation, a cumulative discussion session with Q&A and a clearing Savasana to send you on your way.
