Restorative Sound Healings with Yoga

Led by Kristina Quinones + TYS teachers
Monthly community sound healing designed to gently calm the nervous system and restore inner balance. Layered tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, Native American flute and other harmonic instruments guide your sound journey into deep relaxation.
Each class will offer a different type of yoga and sound healing to match.
9/16 – Sound healing and Yin yoga with Kristina and Carolyn
10/21 – Sound healing and restorative yoga with Kristina and Jean
11/18 – Sound healing and slow flow with Kristina and Sarah
12/9 – Sound healing and restorative yoga with Kristina and Lorra.
Wear casual clothes, bring a mat and anything that helps you feel supported. Lavender eye mask covers provided.
