This training is open to anyone wanting to make an impact on children, helping them to be their best warrior selves including Yoga Teachers, School Teachers, Coaches, Troop Leaders and Parents. With the rise in bullying and a culture embroiled with over scheduled and competitive lifestyles, there is no better time to introduce the practice of yoga and associated life skills to our children. Our unique classes, deeply rooted in the foundations of LivFree® Yoga, will empower kids to use their boundless energy to focus their minds, build strong bodies, discover their breath and be fearless with their hearts. Designed to provide you with the tools needed to create dynamic yoga classes, this series will provide the information necessary to translate LivFree® yoga to our youth. Children ages 3-13 Certification. Credits: 15 Continuing Education Hours. Led by Alanna Orlandi RYT 500-hour certified.
