Kids Yoga

$12: drop in // $40: 4 class series
Warrior I (Ages 5-9):
Little kids rock. So let them rock it out with the creativity, curiosity and fun of yoga poses – all in one! Here, kids will foster the natural desire to love, laugh and play.
Warrior II (Ages 10 – Teens):
Kids are our heart & soul yet they need space and time to play and be free. They will be challenged to build strength and grace with both, heart and soul. Kids come inspired to explore fun, wild and freedom on their mat, with or without their tribe!
All Kids Classes are taught in a non-heated room. Comfortable clothing, water and a yoga mat are recommended.
