Chakra Curiosity with Caroline

You will experience the connection of your physical and emotional well being through the chakras. Dive deeper into your energy and intuition to unblock your chakras through yoga and everyday life. We will play with which poses align to the 7 main chakras through our LivFree® practice. We finish out this workshop with an extended savasana combined with Reiki and aromatherapy to activate our body’s natural ability to heal and release energy blocks. Led by Caroline, RYT 500 & Reiki Master.
